How to connect your Gmail Address to Website Email?

Login to your Gmail account
Click on Setting
Now Select “Accounts and import” tab
A message displayed as

After that “Post your blog/website” Name, email address, don’t tick the box “Treat as an alias”, type Your email ID at “Reply to address” redirects all the email to this email ID.

Please ensure email addresses if anything any error in your email address while typing.

After successful posting email address, Follow to click on “Netxt Step” button, a message asks you whether to send email through Gmail server of your website server. Click on Next step button.
Go to your website Gamail account and check the verification link and click on it, which was sent by Google auto generated service. Your Google apps email address would look like as below.

Just alter “your-domain” with your website address

Select the confirmation link code or else click on the link inside to paste it in verification box to verify your email address authenticity.

Now test the email address what you’ve done in the above tutorial how its works. Send a test message to that. From Accounts and import tab click the “Make default” link subsequently to any id to use as default.

Select special signature for each email

You’ve connected to Gmail account already you can not set long signatures for Google Apps Domain emails. A special type of signature required for each of your emails to all outgoing emails to set for this.
Click on Settings link.

Under General tab for signature, you can see editor to design your favorite signature for every email account you connected to Gmail.
