What is the difference between Connect and Discover in Twitter?

Here BlogTariff clarify the difference between connect and Discover buttons in Twitter. Both are not same but there is a slight difference in both.
If you click on Connect link, you can view your network Interacted members and also followers details.
You can view recent posts tweets in network.
If you click on Discover link, according your location based content browse can be done. Latest trends in the world, list of followers of your twitter account can be viewed.
